CelestialTV sells AI-native video at a published flat rate per tier. The tier is chosen by the finished runtime you ask for — nothing else changes the price. Each tier carries its own caps on scenes and included revision rounds. Delivery windows are confirmed at quote, not promised here. We do not sell streaming subscriptions.

Tiers marked Coming soon are published prices for runtimes CelestialTV is not yet accepting. They cannot be briefed, ordered or purchased today, and no date is promised. The Creative Brief accepts only the runtimes the production system is currently authorized to produce, and it will tell you which.
What the price includes
A 1080p MP4 master at the tier's runtime, within its scene cap, with its included revision rounds. Your delivery window is confirmed at quote; its clock starts only once the Treatment is approved, rights are cleared, scope is accepted, required assets are received and payment is confirmed — not when the order is placed.
What a revision is
Replacing a scene, changing text overlays, adjusting pacing, colour or audio balance, or selecting an alternate approved take. A new concept, a full rewrite, a new principal character or a longer runtime is a new order, not a revision.
Premium Short is a starting price
The 3-minute tier is quoted from $699 and is the one tier held for manual scope review before checkout. Its final price is confirmed once scope is accepted.
Rights are settled before production
Real-person likeness, custom voice and customer-supplied media are supported. Licensed music is not cleared at checkout. Production starts only after rights review and separate production authorization.
No charge for a brief
Creating an account and preparing a Creative Brief does not charge you. You see the tier and its caps before anything is owed.
The first scene is free
Your first scene is free: a 10-second, 720p, watermarked single scene, once per verified account. It is a policy, not a purchase.
