AI Production Disclosure
# DOCUMENT 3 # SYNTHETIC MEDIA DISCLOSURE & LABELING POLICY ## 1. POLICY Every CelestialTV film containing an AI-generated depiction of a real Participant must carry a clear synthetic-media disclosure. Disclosure is mandatory even when: - the Participant fully consented; - the film is privately delivered; - the film is fictional or obviously stylized; - no law expressly requires a label in the Customer’s state; or - the Customer asks Celestial to remove the disclosure. Disclosure is part of the deliverable and may not be disabled through an unrecorded exception. --- ## 2. UNIVERSAL DISCLOSURE TEXT Every complete film must include substantially the following end-credit disclosure: > **AI-GENERATED SYNTHETIC MEDIA** > This film contains AI-generated visual depictions of a consenting adult participant. The depicted scenes and performances did not occur as shown. > **[Include when applicable: The film also contains an authorized synthetic voice.]** > Produced by CelestialTV. Provenance receipt: **[PUBLIC-SAFE RECEIPT ID]** A shorter label may be used where space is limited: > **Authorized AI-generated depiction.** Where an authorized synthetic voice is present: > **Authorized AI-generated visual and voice depiction.** The word **“authorized”** may be used only when the associated consent and identity-verification receipts exist and are valid. --- ## 3. PLACEMENT ### Complete Films Each complete film must include: 1. a readable disclosure in the end credits; 2. disclosure metadata in the delivered file where technically supported; and 3. a public-safe provenance receipt identifier. ### Public Clips and Trailers A Celestial-controlled public clip must include: - a visible disclosure at the beginning or throughout the clip; and - a disclosure in the associated caption or description. ### Marketing Stills A marketing still must include an adjacent caption or visible label identifying it as an authorized AI-generated depiction. ### Customer Social Posting The Customer must preserve the embedded disclosure and must not intentionally remove, obscure, crop out, falsify, or replace it when publicly posting the film or a clip. --- ## 4. METADATA Where technically supported, metadata should state: - that the content was AI-generated or AI-modified; - the Project ID; - the public-safe Custody Receipt ID; - the date of final assembly; - CelestialTV as the production operator; - the generation systems used; - whether synthetic voice was authorized and used; and - a content-authenticity or provenance manifest identifier. Metadata must not expose: - identity documents; - raw Reference Media; - face embeddings; - voiceprints or voice models; - private contact information; - consent signatures; or - internal security credentials. --- ## 5. CUSTODY RECEIPT The Custody Receipt should be sufficient to establish that: 1. the Participant gave project-specific visual consent; 2. voice consent was separately granted or denied; 3. optional streaming and marketing permissions were separately selected; 4. age and identity verification passed; 5. Render Authorization existed before paid production; 6. the final film was labeled; 7. delivery occurred; and 8. any later revocation or deletion request was recorded. A publicly accessible receipt, if offered, must reveal only the minimum information required to establish provenance. --- ## 6. DISCLOSURE REMOVAL Celestial will not knowingly deliver an unlabeled final film. An employee, agent, automated system, or Customer may not remove or suppress the disclosure to make the film appear to be authentic footage. A separate unlabeled production master may exist only when technically necessary for assembly and must not be distributed outside the controlled production environment. --- ## 7. STATE-LAW SURVEY GATE Before launch, licensed counsel must review the disclosure rules applicable to: - the Customer’s state of residence; - states where Celestial publicly distributes or markets the film; - California; - Texas; - states regulating digital replicas, election deepfakes, intimate synthetic media, advertising, or commercial impersonation; and - any new state law effective before or during the launch cohort. Counsel must confirm whether any jurisdiction requires: - specific words; - a watermark; - disclosure at the beginning rather than the end; - persistent disclosure; - metadata or latent provenance data; - disclosure in advertising; - platform-specific notice; or - a mechanism that is difficult to remove. This policy is a universal launch baseline. It must not be represented as a completed 50-state legal survey until counsel signs the launch packet. --- ## 8.
